Homeownership may seem out of reach for a lot of Americans but it doesn’t need to be that way. Our movement is helping to increase the homeownership rate to 75% for all Americans. We are unlocking the door to homeownership for all, through increasing the number of homebuyer coaches in each community and helping connect them with the underserved in every neighborhood.
HOW IT
WORKS
STEP 1
INITIAL CONVERSATION
The first step to becoming either a homeowner or a Homebuyer Advocate is to connect with an existing Advocate or Coach, set clear expectations, and address any questions you may have.
STEP 2
LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR HOMEBUYER SERVICES AND HOMEBUYER ADVOCATE OPPORTUNITY:
Familiarize yourself with our homebuyer services and Homebuyer Coach program and see how you can benefit.
STEP 3
APPLICATION
Sign up to qualify for referring our homebuyer services, and upgrade if you also wish to refer potential Homebuyer Advocates.
STEP 4
APPROVED
Good news, your application to receive either homebuyer services will be approved. If you also applied to become a Homebyer Advocate, your application will be reviewed and finalized within 1 business day. Either way, as a homebuyer services Customer or Advocate, make most of your participation by joining the 75 For All Community and following the steps to set up your services.
STEP 5
FINAL APPROVAL
AND CERTIFICATION
Our goal is to approve as many Homebuyer Advocate applications as possible. Advocates have the opportunity to progress and become Homebuyer Coach certified. Background checks are not necessary to become a Coach. After joining the 75 For All community, become certified by following a 3 step process:
1.) Even if you’re already a homeowner, fill out the Homebuyer Assessment form so you can better understand the process to coach Homebuyer Service Customers on the path to homeownership.
2.) Achieve rank requirements
3.) Complete Coach certification curriculumÂ
